What Got Mise is

Got Mise is a restaurant operations app for prep, checklists, service notes, handoff, orders, temps, deep clean, quick cost, team access, and related BOH workflows. Trade name: Got Mise. Final company details and business/mailing address are pending owner confirmation and legal review, and will be published before broader release. Current status: owner/QA beta; not public launch-ready yet.

Data categories

• Account/profile data such as name, email, role, account status, and team membership.
• Restaurant/team records such as locations, stations, roles, prep, checklists, temps, orders, vendors, service notes, handoff, quick cost, and deep clean work.
• Device/browser data required for authentication, active venue selection, app preferences, offline/sync behavior, and support diagnostics.
• Support communications sent to Got Mise.

How data is used

Data is used to provide app functionality, authenticate users, restore sessions, enforce role/location access, save and sync restaurant operating records, and support reliability troubleshooting.

Storage and tracking

Got Mise uses local app/browser storage for required functionality. Third-party analytics, marketing tracking, crash/diagnostics tools, push notifications, location data collection, camera/photo access, and photo evidence are not currently active or used for the current beta.

Sharing and providers

Current provider notes: hosting by Vercel; authentication and database/storage by Supabase; email provider not yet finalized; beta support is email-based through support@gotmise.com with provider not finalized; analytics, crash/diagnostics, and payment/billing providers are none currently active. A simple provider/subprocessor page or section should be prepared before public beta.

Retention and deletion

Users may request account deletion or data help at admin@gotmise.com. User profile/session data may be retained for up to 3 months after account deletion, and restaurant/team operational records may be retained for up to 6 months, unless earlier deletion is permitted and approved by the restaurant owner/admin or longer retention is required for legal, security, business, support, safety, or audit reasons.

Operational responsibility

Got Mise supports kitchen workflows and does not replace required legal, health, food-safety, labor, accounting, or compliance procedures.
